“Three months ago I made an appointment to view a property with T R E ... “????? Three months ago, I made an appointment to view a property with T.R.E.G LLC, where I met the amazing Brian Balboa. Although the initial property wasn't for me, Brian immediately took the initiative to understand my needs, especially since my biggest challenge was finding enough space for my Texas king bed and my kids. Without hesitation, Brian offered to send me a list of properties that might work, and I gladly agreed. The properties he initially sent didn't quite match my vision, but Brian's dedication didn't stop there. He arranged for us to visit two more properties the next evening. To my surprise, I fell in love with a townhouse, despite knowing there were already two applications ahead of mine. Even though I didn't get that specific townhouse, Brian's relentless effort and support shone through. Brian and his wife have been nothing short of incredible throughout this journey. They accommodated my work schedule, engaged in meaningful conversations about my finances and goals, and remained patient and supportive.
