Starting and specializing in the Multifamily Industry, Ayanna has gained a reputation of being the go to girl for everything Real Estate. Ayanna has also managed many apartment communities and single family homes professionally, passionately and with much dedication. Along the way she has made many connections with many who are able to assist her and her clients' many needs. She only works with those that share her love for guiding, educating and representing her clients from start to finish, however it doesn't end there, she continues to be there for her clients after every transaction. Working to negotiate what matters most for her clients, she continues to maintain the best relationships with Credit repair specialists, Down payment program organizations, Lending companies, Home inspectors and Title companies just to name a few. Always making sure to walk her clients through one of the most important transactions in their life, she will do it.

A Texas resident all of her life, Ayanna grew up and was raised in the laid back town of Anahuac; however her birthplace and much younger childhood days were in the Greater Fifth Ward area in the City of Houston. Her charisma,intelligence, charm and down to earth attitude continues to attract many who are delighted to work with her. It's very important for me to always meet with my clients face to face for the first time. I'd like us to get to know one another, hear your plans, set goals and make sure we're a good fit for each other. I'm just a country/city girl making families dreams come true one family at a time! she adds.

In her spare time, Ayanna loves riding her bike, taking long walks, watching a good movie, enjoying a nice eatery, shopping and taking long trips. She also loves spending time with her teen daughter, Kiani and attending her many family gatherings that's always held in the country. She owes her Real Estate career to her loving late aunt and broker, Dee.
