She raised her two children here and has personally experienced Austin's transformation from small college town to one of the most vibrant cities in the country. What sets her apart? She was a corporate sales executive (IBM) for many years, with strong leadership, sales, marketing, and negotiation skills. Experience has its rewards. Her clients breathe easier knowing that she's in their corner. She is also a veteran at relocation, having moved countless times throughout her IBM career. She gets it!

(She's a Real Estate Broker - a license held by less than 1% of Texas Realtors). She believes honesty, integrity, and ethics are critical in business and is committed to personalized and comprehensive customer service. She places her client's needs first, and stays in constant communication throughout the buying/selling process.

Debbie is a firm believer in giving back to the community and has focused her volunteer activities on organizations that support the needs of women and children. She has chaired many fundraisers and served on the Boards of many organizations. As a result of her philanthropic commitment she received the Austin Board of Realtors Community Service Award - given to just one realtor a year out of thousands in the Austin area.

I love Georgetown and the surrounding areas! I'm so excited about meeting you! As a realtor, I love exploring different parts of the Georgetown/Austin area with buyers and renters and swapping recommendations for great restaurants and hidden gems. I started buying and selling real estate in 2013. I've met so many engaging and interesting people and helped them in many ways. I enjoy helping people! I attended Baylor University in Waco, graduating on the Dean's List in Human Health Performance and Recreation. I went on to obtain my Insurance license, and I worked several years in the insurance industry. I spend my spare time styling ladies with my Stella & Dot side business, spending time with my husband, and twin toddlers. What I did: Several years ago, I developed a luxury rental business. It's very service oriented and caters to clientele with discerning taste. Hundreds of contracts translated into hundreds of happy clients and the business grew. Now we have well over 300 five star reviews and an average of over 4.9% of 5. Through this, I learned the value of offering a quality product, maintaining a high level of service/responsiveness, and anticipating client needs. This has carried strongly into realty and it is my goal to provide 5-star service to every client.

Before becoming a Realtor I served as a teacher for several years. I learned the importance of building strong connections to make a positive impact in students' and families' lives. I developed a strong sense of personal integrity, advocating for others and placing others needs before my own. I received teaching awards and was recognized as having a high level of skill and dedication.
