I am originally from the Seattle area. I am married to an amazing lady and have an entrepreneurial son. I enjoy snowboarding, Olympic weightlifting, doing CrossFit and many other fun outdoor activities. I relocated to San Antonio in 2005 and met many amazing people while working all over Texas. In 2018 we bought a second home here in Port Aransas. The laid-back island life and all the fun outdoor activities to do here year-round made it an easy decision to move here full-time. I spent 20 years in the sales industry working for a global bakery ingredient manufacturer. I last worked as a Sales Director and National Business Development Director before retiring in 2017. Christy opened Frontdoor Real Estate Group, TX in June 2015 on a mission to further grow her business and expand into the urban living market & lifestyle. A veteran of the real estate business for over 12 years, Christy previously co-owned and operated a real estate agency, Frontdoor Realty Group, where she focused exclusively on New Home Builders and Developers in the Chicago-land suburbs and became the exclusive Broker Liaison to one of the top five home-builders in the market. When her passion evolved towards the city vs. the suburbs of Chicago, she decided to join the @properties team in 2008, whose extraordinary Brokers and agents she greatly enjoyed working with until she decided in 2012 to move back to Austin, TX to be closer to her family.
