Assem Essner

Assem Essner is a REALTOR® with Real Broker, LLC and a longtime resident of The Woodlands, where she lives with her husband and three children. Originally from Kazakhstan, Assem has lived in different parts of Europe, the Mediterranean region, and Asia before making Texas home. Having moved many times herself, she understands how much goes into choosing not just a house, but the right community and lifestyle.

Today, Assem works with buyers, sellers, landlords, tenants, and relocating families throughout The Woodlands and the surrounding North Houston area. As a homeowner and landlord herself, she brings a practical, real-world perspective to the process and focuses on helping clients feel informed and comfortable with their decisions.

Raising three children at different stages of life has also given Assem a very personal understanding of everyday life in The Woodlands—from neighborhoods, parks, activities, and commuting to the many school and community options families consider when making a move. She enjoys helping clients understand how the area works in real life, not just what they can see in a listing.

Assem speaks English, Kazakh and Russian and especially enjoys working with people who are new to the area, relocating from another state, or moving to the United States from abroad. Her own experience of starting over in new places helps her bring patience, perspective, and a personal touch to every move.
