Ashley Nix

Ashley was born and raised in the Heights and has always been passionate about Houston. Being a native Houstonian has given her lifelong insight into how all aspects of the city and surrounding areas have grown and flourished.

She graduated summa cum laude from the University of Houston with a bachelor's in marketing in 2022. This degree gives her incredibly up-to-date knowledge of consumer behavior, digital marketing, social media marketing, collaboration, and more.

Since childhood, Ashley has had an affinity for homes and knew that a career in real estate would be perfect for her. She has always prided herself on her persistence in anything she puts her mind to. Ashley succeeds by using her meticulousness in all facets of her career, from negotiations to finalizing contracts; she ensures that every step is flawlessly executed.

One of Ashley's favorite activities is getting an iced latte at a local coffee shop and driving around Houston to look at the homes and learn more about each street and neighborhood. She also loves to take her dog, Abbie, on walks to meet new people and discover local businesses.
