Ashley Brinkman

Like most Austinites, Ashley fell in love with Austin in college and though she left her home state, (TX gal, born and raised!) for a short time to the Midwest to work in an advertising agency, she quickly returned to her favorite city to begin her career in Real Estate. Ashley's strong work ethic, passion for people, marketing background and service industry experience meets the demands of the Austin real estate market. Ms. Brinkman started her career in property management, leasing and investment sales in the UT area. She then transitioned to Prudential Texas Realty (now Berkshire Hathaway) on one of the top producing teams not only in Texas, but the nation. After her years in residential sales, Ashley accepted a new challenge and took the responsibility of selling and marketing two, 4-Star Austin Energy Green condominium projects in the Central Austin area for a developer and has now found herself at Realty Austin (voted one of Austin's Best Places to work!). While she has an Accredited Buyer's Representative accreditation (ABR) Ashley thinks she is fantastic with "hand holding" first time buyers and walking them through the purchase process, and she has the testimonials to prove it! Her enjoyment for marketing and experience helps Sellers receive maximum exposure as well. Ashley prides herself on being honest. She strives to keep communication open and has a "straight shooter" type of attitude which many people appreciate. Ashley never wants to stop growing as a person. She thrives from meeting new people, continuing her real estate education, and constantly pushing herself to achieve her real estate (and personal goals). With that she loves to travel and photography is a big hobby of hers. Her mantra just may be "work hard, play harder" as Ashley likes to fully enjoy life. She can be found around Austin quite a bit, jogging Lady Bird Lake or in Northwest hills, playing recreational sports like kickball and softball, volunteering with Big Brother Big Sister.
