Artricia is passionate about helping buyers navigate the home buying process. It's extremely important for her clients to know that she's always in their corner, especially when they're making the biggest purchase of their life. Real estate runs in her family. With a father that owns and actively invests in multiple properties around Houston, Artricia made the full-time jump to becoming a real estate agent after 5 years in the hotel industry. She feels that experience has honed her skills as a master negotiator to help her clients today.
Artricia also believes in the power of giving back to her community. With a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston, Artricia continues to volunteer with the U of H Alumni Association, as well as the Hotel Lodging Association of Greater Houston.
For Artricia, diversity is what makes Houston unique. When she's not working hard for her clients, Artricia is perusing the city for brunch spots to explore or taking her yorkie Jaxon out for a walk.
