Ar'Sheill Monsanto has called Texas home for 10 years after fleeing from the harsh winters in Chicago. Now every day, I have the opportunity to wake up to enjoy much nicer weather in the urban metropolis of Houston, one of the most uniquely diverse cities in the country. After spending a decade working in public policy, advocacy and community outreach with Texas-based nonprofit organizations, I decided to make a shift to real estate to help people that aspire to homeownership accomplish their goals! For me, homeownership is more than securing a property, its legacy building and creating fond memories for future generations.  My background in community outreach lends me the expertise to help clients achieve their unique household needs in addition to making the buying, selling or leasing experience pleasurable. While, working in public policy I learned that the people create the neighborhoods that makes us feel; so it's important to be place roots in spaces where you can thrive and be happy.
