April Darner

April is dedicated to serving others and making the home buying, selling, and leasing process an easy and extraordinary experience for her clients. A native Houstonian, who grew-up in the Northwest Houston suburbs of Bear Creek and Cypress, she graduated from Cy-Fair High School and later obtained a Bachelor of Arts degree from Texas State University. Her love for Houston real estate grew when she moved inside the loop in 2012 and has continued by residing in different areas of town including Briar Forest, Montrose, and the Heights. April brings a wide range of market knowledge which sets her apart from her competition. With 7 years of experience in commercial real estate, she has held positions as a Landlord Leasing Representative at Boxer Property and as a Transaction Manager and Marketing Coordinator at Transwestern Commercial Services. Her role as a Transaction Manager and Marketing Coordinator groomed her to be detail orientated, organized, and creative in authoring winning stories to sell multimillion-dollar apartment properties. As a Landlord Leasing Representative, April was able to help entrepreneurs and small business owners turn their dreams into a reality by matching their needs to the perfect office space. After experiencing how fulfilling it was to help small business owners grow their businesses, and inspiration to be a homeowner herself, April decided to pivot her skills into residential real estate. She is dedicated to helping her clients obtain the American Dream of homeownership by making the process easy and enjoyable. April is an active member in her church, Ecclesia. She enjoys volunteering in her local community and has been involved with Big Brothers Big Sisters, The Boys & Girls Club, and Meals on Wheels. In her spare time, April enjoys running, yoga, visiting the golf range and cooking new recipes. April is a member of the National Association of Realtors and is a licensed real estate professional.
