Thank you for taking the time to visit my profile. I am originally from Mumbai, India & moved to the US 16 years ago. I specialize in buying, selling &/or leasing Residential Real Estate for personal &/or investment purposes. Buying a HOME is a big step in one's life. As a homeowner I recognize what it takes. I take pride in what I do, that is to be a great resource & carve the path to home ownership for my clients. GOALS : 1) For sellers/landlords : Strategically marketing their home on all social media platforms & achieving top dollar value through negotiations in the least amount of time, while also providing assistance with screening potential tenants. 2) For buyers/renters : Recognizing their needs & working towards exceeding their expectations through thorough negotiations with my knowledge & expertise. Though my niche is on the Residential side, I am slowly spreading my wings on the Commercial side (office condominiums, flex spaces etc) PASSIONS : Family time with my son & pups, travelling, time with friends to name a few. Rescuing & fostering dogs is also close to my heart. I've been involved in rescue for 10 years now & am associated with local & nationally based rescues. Where I beg to differ? Growing up in a diverse, multicultural environment & being multi-lingual has given me the innate ability to relate to people from all walks of life, be understanding of their situation & needs which is a cake not everyone can eat. The other is my rescue background. Finding a home with a pet/multiple pets/pets of certain breeds can be difficult with various landlord & HOA regulations. Time & again my own unique ways have helped me overcome those hurdles for my clients. The end result? HAPPY families. Nothing is more satisfying than a job done right! Now that's a little about me.
