Anni Colaw

Anni Colaw is a committed REALTOR that provides an array of real estate services to San Antonio and the surrounding areas. With experience in resale, new and custom build, land sales, and luxury homes, Anni brings her unique experience to all of her clients to best serve every need. As a San Antonian for over 30 years, she is exceptionally equipped to make real estate dreams come true and equip buyers and sellers with invaluable and specific counsel. Anni Colaw is an active member of the National Association of Realtors, the San Antonio Board of Realtors, and a Graduate of the Real Estate Institute (GRI). Along with these accomplishments, Anni also studied English at Texas Lutheran University. As an active member in the community, Anni serves in many capacities with the homeless and at-risk families but is most passionate about empowering women and single moms. For the last 10 years, she's maintained a volunteer position at an inner-city high school in downtown San Antonio teaching teenage moms basic parenting skills while also providing support and encouragement for their futures. This passion for inspiring success has seamlessly translated into the real estate industry as she educates and advises her real estate clientele whether they are looking to expand their portfolio or desire to become first-time homeowners. Anni is also devoted to educating the community about the power of homeownership. As business owners and San Antonio natives, Anni Colaw and her husband, Matthew, are committed to investing in San Antonio's future and teaching their 3 children to do the same. She enjoys traveling, experiencing new cultures and foods, exploring developing communities, and spending time entertaining family and friends.
