Anne Cummins
Anne Cummins is a Houston-area native and successful Realtor whose focus on her clients’ specific needs and goals never waivers. “I know what a major event a real estate investment is,” says Anne. “Changing your home is a new beginning, with all the excitement of a wedding or graduation. Anne's love of the water, boating and owning waterfront homes on Lake Conroe, Galveston Bay and the beach of Perdido Key, FL gained her first-hand knowledge and distinction as a Waterfront Specialist. Her unique perspective is valuable in helping clients Buy & Sell on the water. With 14 years of experience as a Realtor serving the Houston Metro Area, Anne knows the intricacies of the market. "I have the experience to help clients achieve the highest net and to make the best buy." She is devoted to insuring that her clients get the advantage of what is cutting edge in Real Estate and attends both Regional & Out-of-State training. Anne has obtained the AHMS, which is a Staging Certification. Anne says, “It is critical for a home to make the best first impression when put on the market.”
Having attended Dickinson High School & Texas A&M University, Anne now makes her home in Montgomery County, living in Teaswood in Conroe with her office in The Woodlands. This works well as Anne finds that her clients move back and forth between North and South County for many reasons: whether job related, seeking the privacy of acreage or the serenity & water activities of Lake Conroe, change in family dynamic, or electing to be closer to The Woodland's conveniences. “I am easily available wherever my clients need me to be and can keep my finger on the pulse of our expansive market.”
Anne is married, and active in her community. She served as First Lady of Kemah for 4 years before returning home to Conroe. Anne also has been involved in projects for Wounded Warriors, Children’s Safe Harbor and the SPCA. She has recently been appointed to the 2016 Organization Committee of her neighborhood Ladies Social Group. She is a beginner golfer; belongs to book clubs, but her favorite choice for leisure is spending time with her 1 year old grandson.
