Hi, my name is Anna Naomi Gonzalez and I've been a licensed real estate agent since 2017 with Keller Williams Signature in Katy. I was born in East Texas, raised in West Texas, and bought my first home in South Texas. You could say I'm a Texan born and raised. I pride myself in that I can help anyone purchase a home anywhere in Texas and feel confident in providing great service every time. My first home was a Royce Builders Foreclosure, and I was using a Down Payment Assistance Program as a single mother through Harris County, and it took me nearly 60 days to close. My realtor was awesome and admirable, my lender not so much. This began my passion to help others to do what I did and achieve the dream and goal of home ownership. In 2017 I passed my exam to become a realtor, I joined a "Team" @ KW for insight and to gain some experience and education for approximately 6 months, then ventured out on my own. Aside from real estate I've worked in accounting for over 15 years and have experience in sales and purchasing as well. This sets me up for great success in the real estate world when it comes to pricing and negotiations. I don't juggle more clients than I can handle simply because I like to provide quality service and handle each transaction personally. I'm a great believer in paying my blessings forward and really love to meet new people a help others when I'm able to.
