Angie McDowell brings a calm, can-do approach and a heart for helping others to every real estate transaction. She moved to the Hill Country in 1991 when she met her husband, Duke McDowell, Owner and President of Sterling Custom Homes, and has proudly called Dripping Springs home ever since. With over a decade as a licensed Realtor® and six years in high-end new home sales, Angie offers a well-rounded perspective across new home construction, residential, and select commercial transactions. Her expertise includes lot selection and understanding building plans, surveys, and topography maps "” giving her clients an added edge when evaluating property. She works with a wide range of buyers and sellers, including first-time and move- up buyers, as well as those relocating for work or moving to the Hill Country for a fresh start or new opportunity.
