A native Houstonian, Andy holds Bachelors (cum laude) and Master’s degrees in Chemical Engineering from the University of Houston. After working several years in the petrochemical industry, Andy made one of the biggest decisions of his life… to become a full-time licensed Realtor®. His rationale is simply stated as, “I love helping and interacting with people and I am absolutely passionate about working in real estate.” In addition to his attention to detail and organizational skills, which he developed as a successful engineer, Andy is also skilled in the areas of real estate finance, contracts, marketing and negotiations. These attributes coupled with a friendly attitude provide him with a winning, high-achieving personality; a useful asset in the ever changing and competitive Houston real estate market. Outside of work, Andy enjoys spending time with his family and friends, performing classical or modern music on the piano, and playing competitive tennis.
