Andrew Patterson

Andrew Patterson began his career in the real estate industry more than 17 years ago. His numerous years of experience make him an instrumental asset for those looking for real estate opportunities in today's market. He provides years of real estate and title knowledge, with a focus on Real Estate Investment, including single and multi-family investments. Andrew is also a certified Short Sale and Foreclosure Specialist, giving him all he needs to be the best possible asset to his clients. Since 2015, Andrew has consulted hundreds of local investors and other real estate agents to help them increase their businesses. Today, Andrew leads a team of agents within Patterson Realty Group at Bell Realty Co. and is the owner-operator of Patterson Construction & Development, where he concentrates on new builds, flips, and other custom home renovations in the DFW and Houston areas. Andrew currently resides in The Woodlands with his wife, Jackie, and three boys, Brayden, Duncan, and Jackson. Outside of work he enjoys golfing, traveling, and most-of-all spending time with his family.
