Andrew M Choy has more than 30 years of extensive experience in all sectors of the real estate industry and is a nationally recognized real estate expert. He is an author, developer, real estate broker, property manager and a licensed senior property tax consultant. He was appointed and served on numerous governmental boards and committees, interviewed by media from all over the nation as well as Canada, and testified as an expert witness for U.S. Attorney's Office and the Internal Revenue Service.
