Andrea Smith is a native Houstonian, third generation Texan. Her first taste of the Real Estate industry was right out of high school as she went to work as an assistant to the Broker/Owner of a local Real Estate office. Enjoying her job and learning as much as possible she committed to Real Estate School and was licensed in early 2000. Andrea loves her city and enjoys helping people make it their home! Andrea began her professional tenure in Real Estate going to work in Title/Escrow and Closing at Stewart Title where she worked for some 10 years. All the while she remained active in Real Estate sales in order to sharpen her knowledge of the overall real estate transaction. For a brief time she took on new challenging roles in administration, in healthcare and other business fields. In all she has gained extensive experience of real estate transactions, with all administrative tasks, including but not limited to bookkeeping, scheduling, document preparation, and document review. Her roles additionally included event planning and sales. She has increased efficiency in several of her assigned roles by effectively implementing personally developed processes. Throughout the years, time and time again, she found herself providing real estate services and advice. Ultimately, Andrea found that her true passion is for Real Estate. Andrea has been awarded with multiple outstanding employee awards. She has been recognized for her exceptional service numerous times by many clients. Andrea is active in volunteering in her community building places of worship and disaster relief construction and organization. Her concern for people in need lead her to caring for an 88 year-old widow who had no children to care for her. She is uncompromising in her ethical treatment of people both personally and professionally.
