A resident of Houston since 2007, Andrea knows the Houston area well! A graduate of the University of Houston, she attended and earned a Bachelor's Degree of Science. After the purchase of her first investment property, a duplex that also served as her primary residence, she was able to learn about different types of designs and how to manage renovations while staying within a budget. Then, with the acquisition of her second investment property, she transitioned to the rental process, from marketing, screening, finding qualified tenants, maintenance and management of her rental properties. These experiences caused her to have a love and passion for real estate that led to her becoming a licensed Texas Realtor® ®.
