“I honestly couldn t throw enough praise on this amazing soul. She represented me when I purchased the home almost four years ago and helped me sell it in an incredibly different housing market today. To sell our home for more than we paid for it - significantly more- is a testament to her abilities. We had to move quickly - and over 2,000 miles away - so the home needed some work to show properly and, most importantly, to make it turnkey for the buyer. Andrea handled literally everything and made the experience stress-free. We have a pool, and we left in the middle of winter, which meant there were many days when Andrea was hawking the weather reports to ensure our pool equipment was safe. Also, and I don t know if this is verboten to discuss, but the buyers agent was clearly not looking out for the buyers best interests. Andrea was forthright with me and we were able to make sure we did some little things to make their buying experience better. So, I can assure you that if you re coming to the Houston market from afar, or if you re leaving the area, Andrea is topnotch in assisting you with finding or selling a home. Andrea has an exceptional moral compass, is dedicated to her craft, and is EXTREMELY knowledgeable of the area and market conditions.
