As both a licensed Realtor and registered Architect, Andre blends creative thinking with clear strategy to make sure no detail gets lost along the way. With a background that spans design, construction, and real estate, he helps his clients see the full potential of a home, negotiate the best possible price for a property, and come out winners in multiple-offer situations. He's known for his thoughtful advice, straight talk, and the occasional napkin sketch when inspo strikes mid-tour. Andre moved to Austin in his early twenties with just five changes of clothes and a vintage Airstream to his name - to earn his Master’s in Architecture from UT, and he never looked back. These days, he and his wife live in their bungalow in the Cherrywood-area with their two dogs, their beloved garden (and self- proclaimed "Backyard HEB") and enough home renovation projects to keep him busy for the rest of his career. With a variety of tools at his disposal including access to hundreds of private, off-market properties in Austin, Andre loves finding options for his client's that other's may overlook. Everyone's needs are unique, but his three goals remain the same: the process should feel clear, collaborative, and most importantly: FUN!
