We were lucky to be referred by friends to Amy Raper as she was such a pleasure to work with, so knowledgeable and very dedicated to finding us our home. As we worked through the inventory of available houses in my desired zipcode, it became necessary to widen the scope. I was not seeing what I wanted in the neighborhood of faux-Tuscan houses built on a tight suburban grid. We pivoted to another neighborhood where she showed us our dream house. While still conveniently located, the privacy of the property, the buffer of forest between neighbors, and its natural beauty were exactly the peace and quiet I was looking for after living in the inner city.
