My real estate career began with multifamily property management back in 2020, during the height of the COVID-19 pandemic — a time that demanded adaptability and resilience. Even while navigating unprecedented market uncertainty, our team earned recognition for Highest Resident Retention and Property of the Year. That experience built my foundation for strong decision-making, creative problem-solving, and sharpened my ability to pivot strategically.
