A little about me!
Hi, I'm Amanda Ramirez! Originally from Big Spring, Texas, I've called the Houston area home since 1988 and have lived in the League City and Clear Lake areas for over 30 years. With nearly 17 years of experience in residential and multi-family real estate, I bring a deep understanding of the local market to every transaction.
Currently, I'm a Broker Associate with UTR-Texas Realtors, based near NASA in Houston. I'm also a core Real Estate Instructor at San Jacinto College, now in my seventh year of teaching. Before that, I spent almost three years teaching at College of the Mainland. Education and real estate are two of my biggest passions, and I love helping others succeed in both. What sets me apart is my hands-on, relationship-driven approach. At UTR, we do things differently. There are no hand-offs to buyer's or seller's agents. I stay with my clients from start to finish, making sure you feel supported every step of the way, whether you're buying, selling, or renting.
