Amanda Howell began purchasing real estate properties in 2014. Her passion for design, remodeling, and construction began when she was a child while visiting construction projects her father, a drywall contractor, worked on. He worked on a variety of projects from unique mid-century homes to multi-million-dollar homes with personal design elements. Amanda enjoyed seeing the project throughout the stages into the transformation from bare property to finished structure. This has inspired her to venture into real estate.

Amanda is educated in business entrepreneurship and sociology. She has prior work experience in education, finance, marketing, mental health, and criminal justice systems. She was raised in a rural community on a small ranch. Amanda has a passion for travel worldwide.
