“Overall, a very poor experience with Mr. Alton. I highly doubt anything I say or write on this evaluation will make any difference to him or changing his style of interacting with clients. Doubt that HAR even cares. I believe I am being very fair in evaluating him and in my experience, when someone keeps repeating the mantra I manage 20 rental properties it's a sign they really have no interest in making sure the customer has a good- and a repeat- experience. Basically saying to a client means A OK so we get it- you are managing a lot of properties- so when you say things like that it tells us that we are not your first priority- B Yes you are managing- but how effective and efficient are you? C The Al Bundy hypothesis- Yeah we get it, you were a superstar in high school, but your Google profile picture has to be at least 10-15 years old. So you are now coasting on your legacy and time served which is super disappointing. The reason I say it is super disappointing is because there were several key items overlooked in the property we bought that he should have noticed fought for us, but chose not to. I do not believe he even read the inspection report carefully because there was a significant problem which wasn't even mentioned in the report which if he had walked around with the inspector we would have found it. I trusted him unfortunately leading to bitter disappointment later when I had to pay to fix things which should have been haggled over prior. We are keenly looking now for our next rental property in the next year or so but we are now looking to find a new agent as Mr. Alton was so disappointing to us. Very few professions allow a professional to solve a major life problem IMMEDIATELY- home buying is ONE of the very few professions that you can change a person life for better IMMEDIATELY. Without a house, people suffer. He has the POWER to change people lives for positive immediately, but chooses to be medicore. ”

“Alton was supremely knowledgeable and patient. He was always available and made sure all of our needs were met. He didn t just show us homes, he pointed out details of the homes and the surrounding area noting the pros and cons for those homes that were of most interest to us. He stuck with us for several months until we found our next home and was always smiling and helpful. We are extremely happy with his service and would recommend him to anybody and everybody looking for a home. We believe he is the example that was used to make all of those commercials about how great Realtors are. He truly went above and beyond to ensure we found the right home for us.”
