Alice Lebkuecher

A longtime Houstonian and native Texan, Alice is solidly knowledgeable in the Houston real estate market. After graduating from Texas State University with a degree in marketing, Alice began her career in the real estate market with encouragement from her parents, long-time successful realtors. Utilizing this exposure to the real estate arena, along with her skills in research, organization, and attention to detail, Alice maintains the ability to uncover the right home for any buyer or seller.

Because Alice has lived and worked in areas such as Atlanta, San Antonio, and Houston; she understands the importance of a good fit for families relocating to our city. Alice is adept at aiding clients in acclimating to a Houston with in depth information about certain areas and neighborhoods in order to best serve their needs. Clients benefit from her persistence, honesty, and commitment to helping them buy or sell their home. Working in Houston for 7 years as a well respected residential realtor and 4 years prior as a commercial leasing agent; Alice joined Greenwood King Properties for the support and wealth of knowledge from a company with integrity throughout Houston. She is currently involved with the Briameadow Charter School as the PTO President while also supporting other community activities. She has been married for 12 years and is raising two young gentlemen. Alice enjoys spending time with her family and taking full advantage of the outdoors, skiing, hiking, horseback riding, and gardening.
