Cindy Dodd is hands-down the most disrespectful and careless realtor I’ve encountered in nearly a decade in this industry. We tried to hand her a golden opportunity—a primed seller ready to go as a referral. Not only did she fail to follow up with the seller, who ended up signing with another agent, but her response to our inquiry was beyond unprofessional. She hung up on us mid-conversation and acted like she didn’t even know who we were! Her lack of care for clients is shocking—worse than a grocery bagger who at least tries to do their job. To top it off, we attempted to reach her broker, but the line went to a voicemail with a full inbox. This level of terrible customer service is unacceptable. If you’re doing real estate transactions, steer clear of Cindy Dodd and go anywhere else!!
