Born and raised in Hong Kong, Alfie understands what it feels like to move to Houston, build a life from the ground up, and make major housing decisions in a new environment. Before becoming a licensed real estate professional, he personally went through multiple real estate transactions as a buyer and investor, including buying his first home, purchasing an investment property, and later turning his original home into a rental.
Before real estate, Alfie worked in Hong Kong banking, helping small business owners and high-net-worth clients review lending decisions, evaluate risk, and think through major financial choices. He also started and operated businesses across three countries, including a restaurant in Hong Kong, a coffee shop in Mexico City, and a wine import business in Houston.
That background shapes how he helps clients today. Alfie does not simply look at whether a property looks good on the surface. He helps clients think through pricing, property tax, HOA, insurance, school zoning, commute logic, inspection findings, resale potential, market risk, and long-term fit.
Alfie works especially well with Cantonese-speaking clients, clients with Hong Kong backgrounds, first-time buyers in the U.S., sellers, investors, and families relocating to Houston. His service areas include Katy, Cypress, Sugar Land, Bridgeland, Towne Lake, the Texas Medical Center area, and Greater Houston.
