Alexander Ramos

Alexander Ramos (formally known as Z.K. Alexander Ramos-Phongsavang) brings a refined and intentional approach to Martha Turner Sotheby’s International Realty. Before transitioning into real estate, he was part of the opening team at The Post Oak Hotel at Uptown Houston, Houston’s only Forbes Five-Star and AAA Five-Diamond property, where he was trained to the highest global standards of service. He also served as a boutique concierge at Tiffany & Co., holding credentials from the Gemological Institute of America, further underscoring his background in luxury service.

By the age of 25, Alexander had contributed to nearly 200 transactions and more than $100 million in closed sales across eleven counties. His portfolio spans a diverse range of properties, from luxury estates and multi-million dollar listings to more accessible properties, reflecting his comprehensive expertise across all market segments. In recognition of these accomplishments, Alexander was honored by the City of Houston for his contributions to real estate and economic growth.

Originally from Dallas, Alexander moved to Houston to attend the Conrad N. Hilton College at the University of Houston. He remains actively engaged in the community as a patron of Memorial Park Conservancy, Asia Society Texas, the Institute of Hispanic Culture of Houston, Preservation Houston, and Dartagnans, and is also a member of Saint Anne’s Catholic Community. As both an eighth-generation Texan and a first-generation American, he brings a uniquely grounded yet forward-thinking perspective to every client relationship.

Outside of real estate, Alexander is an avid runner and considers Memorial Park Conservancy his “second home.” Having trained in cross country and track since age 12, he applies the same discipline and consistency required in endurance sports to his real estate practice, providing clients with focused, reliable guidance throughout every transaction.
