Can’t say enough about Alex. He was tremendous through and through! We were super indecisive and probably frustrating to deal with but Alex had the upmost patience and was always so positive. There wasn’t a time of day where we couldn’t get anything answered; communication was top tier. His competency in the industry really shined through as this process was made simple. His respect and value for our opinions made us feel so comfortable. Truly can’t thank him enough. We highly recommend Alex to anyone in search of a new home!

Alex made the whole home purchasing process very easy and was always on top of everything making sure we met our deadlines with all the paperwork. He really advocated for us and was always trying to find the best options for us, he had great connections and made sure all inspections and closing details were met even when my husband and I didn't have time to check on certain things, he would always keep us updated. No matter the time of day, Alex was always available to answer any questions we had through the entire 7 month process it took to find and build our home. Would definitely recommend him as a realtor.

During the craziest market we've seen, Alex continued to give us hope and never gave up until we found our dream home. He responded to every phone call and text message; he was available 24/7. One of Alex's priorities was to make sure we did not over spend on a home he didn't believe was worth the value. Alex researched each home we were interested in and ran comps in the neighborhood to find the perfect offer. Let me just say this, he was spot on when it came to how much he believed the house would appraise for, making our offer match. My wife and I highly recommend Alex as a realtor for your housing needs.

Stress free process as Alex is very knowledgeable in his craft. He offers guidance when asked and top tier around the clock service. I spoke to other realtors prior to Alex and what they said was not possible he made happen. In a very competitive market he advised me on how to craft the best offer possible and was able to get my first offer accepted. I strongly believe he is a premier realtor in the Houston area who looks out in the best interest of his client no matter the price tag or budget.
