A proud graduate of the University of Houston with a Bachelor’s degree in Psychology and a former member of the women’s track and field team, Alaysha also holds an MBA with a concentration in Human Resources Management from Louisiana State University Shreveport. Her career has been anything but traditional "” from inspiring young minds as an educator and head track coach to serving as a corporate recruiter at Lockheed Martin and Meta (Facebook). These diverse experiences sharpened her skills in communication, strategy, and relationship-building, all of which she now uses to deliver exceptional results as a full-time Realtor.
