I’ve called this community home for more than 25 years, having lived in Spring, Conroe, Willis, and New Waverly. This is where my family grew, where I built my career, and where I’m honored to help others put down roots.

After a long and successful career in the oil & gas industry—including serving as a business partner—I decided to take my experience, work ethic, and passion for people into real estate. Today, I’m fortunate to work alongside my wife, Cory, who is not only my business partner but also my best friend. Together, as The Cory & Alan Team, we’re committed to providing exceptional service built on honesty, transparency, and genuine care. Family is the heart of everything I do. I’m a proud father of three wonderful daughters, stepfather to two energetic sons, and a grandfather who loves every minute spent with our grandkids. When I’m not serving clients, you’ll probably find me spending time with our friendly pup, Bella, enjoying the outdoors, traveling, bowling, boating, camping, or connecting with friends in our community.
