Since 2006, I have specialized in residential property management and commercial real estate, earning the prestigious Residential Management Professional (RMP) designation from the National Association of Residential Property Managers (NARPM) in 2017. This honor, held by fewer than 411 property managers nationwide, exemplifies my professional dedication and skill. Achieving this designation required fulfilling rigorous course requirements, providing service to NARPM, and undergoing a thorough evaluation process, including client and peer recommendations.

I am currently serving as President Elect for the Fort Worth/MidCities Chapter of NARPM and will assume the role of President in 2018. Additionally, my involvement with the MetroTex Leasing and Property Management Committee for the Texas Association of Realtors allows me to stay at the forefront of industry trends and practices. My background as a former Operations Manager, with over 25 years of proven success in managing a region with 1,300 employees and a P&L of $350 million, has honed my strategic planning skills and passion for driving successful business initiatives. These experiences have equipped me with the expertise in real estate, acquisitions, and P&L analysis necessary to increase sales and profit while maintaining world-class customer service.
