“In the buyer role, I feel like there is a conflict of interest -- all realtors Buyers Sellers want to sell the house for as much as possible. Even with that conflict of interest, I believe that Aimee was very supportive. Aimee suggested that I use a local mortgage officer and gave me recommendations -- which was useful. The Sellers Sellers realtor were not easy to work with and I was happy to have Aimee as a buffer. In the end, our renovations were delayed by 2 weeks -- but we closed on time even with a couple hiccups -- the beauty of using a local lender . ”
