Aimee Chilton

Aimee Chilton is a package deal: a Texan/Austinite/Angelino/OC girl, who grew up in Austin but actually started her career in Real Estate when she was living in California. With a background in Acting, Performing Arts, Sales and Sales Management, in 2018 Aimee decided it was time to take a leap of faith and change course in regards to her work. She wanted to get more from life and move on from the corporate sales world. Aimee’s unique combination of skills and fierce determination drove her to get her Real Estate License. With hard work and dedication (along with some blood sweat and tears), Aimee found success in Real Estate, closing 26 transactions during her first two years as an agent, representing both Buyers and Sellers in the hyper competitive Southern California market. 

In 2022, Aimee got her Texas Real Estate License and still managed to sell nearly $4 million in Real Estate while pregnant, moving cross country and delivering her first child. She was actually reviewing a contract while she was in labor! She ramped up her business in 2023, selling over $8m in Texas and California. Her business is continuing to grow in 2024. In fact, Aimee had another baby and wrote another contract while she was in labor - there was an offer deadline! Long story short: Aimee won't let anything stop her from getting the job done.

Now, Aimee has teamed up with the women at Limestone Realty Group and is beyond thrilled to be helping clients with their investments, purchases and sales in both Southern California and Central Texas. 

Aimee believes she is incredibly lucky to say that she has found a “work” that she truly enjoys. She loves writing winning offers for her Buyer clients and negotiating maximum returns for her Seller clients. Nothing brings Aimee more joy than making a positive impact in people’s lives: delivering results and making lifelong connections with her clients.
