I’m Ahmad Umer, founder of Gold Properties and a Houston-area real estate professional with experience across residential and commercial brokerage, real estate investment, property management, and development.
I earned my BBA in Finance from the McCombs School of Business at The University of Texas at Austin. My background in finance, combined with hands-on experience in brokerage and as a real estate owner/operator, shapes the way I approach transactions. I look beyond the surface of a property to understand value, market conditions, financial considerations, and the details that can ultimately affect a client’s decision.
I work with buyers, sellers, investors, business owners, landlords, and tenants throughout the Greater Houston market. Whether representing someone purchasing a home, selling a property, evaluating an investment, or negotiating a commercial lease, I take a direct and hands-on approach from the initial conversation through closing.
My focus is straightforward: understand what my client is trying to accomplish, provide clear and practical advice, negotiate aggressively on their behalf, and make sure they have the information they need to make a confident decision.
Through Gold Properties and our broader real estate platform, my experience also extends into property management, investment, construction, and development. That perspective allows me to bring more than just transactional brokerage experience to the table.
