My buyer has been ready to close for the past 7 days. Sellers are not getting the liens releases required by title, now sellers will not sign amendment for closing. I understand that since neither party has terminated, that we are still under legal contract - however, I am so upset that a seller can do this? My buyer is now homeless and seems the seller is able to back out, my buyer is limited funds and can\'t afford an attorney. I have no idea what to do. I have never had anything like this happen.

The seller is causing this problem. He is responsible for not giving releases to the title company and not signing the closing amendment. You need to consult attorney without any delay.
