Native Texan Adam Purdy began his real estate career while still a student at Texas State University. At 20 years of age, he worked for an on-campus apartment leasing company in San Marcos. After graduation, Adam moved to Houston and entered on-site sales for a mid-rise condominium complex in the Galleria area. He learned how to successfully handle high-pressure sales and to address every aspect of what an individual is looking for in a home. Adam became the project’s number-one sales person and before deciding to pursue a successful independent career as a residential Realtor.
Blessed with an outgoing personality, Adam has built an impressive network of friends, clients and fellow-Realtors in the Houston area. Adam stays up-to-date on the Houston real estate market and makes it a point to be reliable. Clients regularly tell him that he has exceeded their expectations. Adam loves the relationships he’s forged through his career, and gains tremendous satisfaction from helping buyers acquire their dream house or sellers sell their home for the best price. “I have always been intrigued by real estate and enjoy all my transactions, whether small or a million-dollar deal,” says Adam. “I love the thrill of the hunt, and am very interested in architecture and design.”
When not working, Adam enjoys time with his fiancée and family. He also likes working out, attending professional sporting events and going to the movies.
