Abner “Al” Davis is a REALTOR® with Just Focus Real Estate serving San Antonio, Cibolo, Schertz, Converse and the surrounding area.

I work with all kinds of buyers and sellers, but a lot of my business is helping first-time buyers, military and VA families, people relocating or PCS’ing into the San Antonio area, and buyers looking at new construction.

My approach to real estate is pretty simple. I’d rather give you a straight answer than tell you what sounds good. Buying a home is more than finding something you like online. We need to look at the payment, taxes, commute, neighborhood, condition of the property and whether the move actually makes sense for you.

The same goes for sellers. Pricing, presentation and timing all matter, and I believe in having a real plan instead of just putting a sign in the yard and hoping for the best.

I’m big on helping people understand the process and make decisions they can feel good about long after closing. Real estate can be a powerful tool for stability and building generational wealth, but it starts with making the right move today.
