For Abigail Davis, real estate is about connecting with people.

Born and raised in Dallas, Abigail graduated from Columbia College in New York with a BA in The History & Philosophy of Science and then went on to earn an MSJ from the Medill School of Journalism at Northwestern University and an MBA from the Saïd Business School at the University of Oxford. Her education and travels have taken her around the globe, further developing her communication skills and appreciation for both the diversity and the commonalities of the human experience that make for rich connections.

Abigail's warm, people-centered approach helps her clients feel comfortable, even during the most complex transactions. She builds rapport and trust with all the parties involved, believing that open communications are essential, making the process smoother and less stressful, especially when unexpected setbacks appear. Exceptionally responsive, Abigail shepherds each transaction through to close with the greatest care.

She loves her North Oak Lawn (SOHIP) neighborhood, with the architectural details of its 1920s duplexes, the mature trees, large yards, and front porches where neighbors hang out.
