Before getting his real estate license Aaron spent 7 years as a real estate investor. During this time he learned what brings value in an investment and how to approach things from a strategic, analytical lens.
Aaron and his wife, Thaïs, lead The A List Team with eXp Realty, serving buyers, sellers, and real estate investors throughout the Greater Houston area. Whether helping a family find the right home, developing a pricing and marketing strategy for a seller, evaluating new construction, or analyzing an investment property, Aaron believes every client deserves more than a transaction—they deserve a plan.
As a real estate investor himself, Aaron brings an additional perspective to the table. He understands cash flow, financing, property analysis, and the long-term wealth-building potential of real estate. His goal isn't simply to help clients find a property; it's to help them understand whether the opportunity makes sense for what they're trying to accomplish.
Originally from Brazil, Aaron speaks Portuguese and Spanish and has called the Houston area home since 2014. He and Thaïs are raising their two children in Katy and are actively involved in their local community.
