I would like to take the opportunity to introduce ourselves and tell you a little bit about us.

First of all we are a husband and wife real estate team.  Brent was born and raised in Waller and had always wanted to move back here. In 1992 we purchased some land in northeast Waller County. We began clearing our property on the weekends, setup a travel trailer, and would come out every weekend. It became harder each time we came out to go back to Houston. 

Brent had always been interested in real estate and decided that that would give us the opportunity to work and live here. So in 1999 he became a licensed real estate agent, talked me into it in 2003. In May 2019 I earned my broker's license and we opened our real estate office, Red Dirt Realty Group, LLC in June 2019. 

We have never regretted our decision to go into real estate. We have had the opportunity to meet some great people, show and sell beautiful ranches, homes, acreage, even beach properties. Real estate is never boring and every deal is different, unique, offers challenges, but always rewarding. 

Rendy Elizalde is a lifelong resident of Waller County, a graduate of Waller High School and Texas A&M University. With over 27 years of experience in sales, Rendy found her true calling in the real estate industry. Her exceptional 20+ year track record is a testament to her skills and dedication. Having been recognized annually as a Top Producer and a Broker Associate she has successfully represented numerous buyers and sellers across Waller, Harris, Montgomery, Ft. Bend, Grimes, Washington, Brazos, Austin, Colorado, and Lee counties.

Rendy's passion for real estate extends beyond transactions; it lies in creating positive experiences for her clients. She believes in going above and beyond, understanding her clients' unique needs, and providing them with exceptional service. Whether assisting first-time homebuyers, families looking to upgrade, or investors seeking profitable ventures, Rendy is committed to achieving her clients' goals.

For the past 25 years, Rendy has shared a beautiful journey with her husband, Rene. They are blessed with two wonderful daughters, Olivia who is pursuing her studies at Texas A&M University and Audrey who attends Waller High School and actively participates in rodeo sports.

Kim Perry has been an active member of the Waller area for over 25 years. Previously, she has served the local school district as a librarian for twenty-three years and is excited to turn that community focus toward real estate. Kim holds both a Bachelor of Science from the University of Houston and a Master's degree in Media Technology. She has been married to Billy Perry, who also works for Waller ISD, for twenty-four years and has a daughter, Mary-Elizabeth, who is attending Texas A&M University. When Kim isn't making homeownership dreams come true for her clients, she enjoys spending time gardening and decorating. As a proud member of the Waller County Land Company, Kim carries the values of hard work, integrity, and outstanding customer service into everything she does. With a passion for service in the Waller area, Kim is ready to help with your home buying and selling needs.

A commercial REALTOR since 2014, Clara is a native Houstonian and has been extremely active in community organizations such as the Houston Livestock Show & Rodeo's Speakers Committee. Educated at Texas A&M University and the University of Houston, with over 35 years of experience in Oil & Gas, Clara is familiar with Houston and surrounding areas from Galveston to Bryan/College Station, and Sugar Land to Huntsville. She has experience in various areas of leasing, including medical, retail, industrial, and office. Additionally, Clara is also experienced in multifamily, commercial land, industrial, and farm and ranch sales. Clara is the Operations Director for KW Commercial Energy Corridor, which is part of the KW Memorial market center in Houston, Texas.
