  • Katja moved from Mexico to The Woodlands in 2010 and received her Real Estate license 4 years later. She moved to Tomball in December 2018 and joined the Better Homes and Gardens Real Estate Gary Greene in January, 2020. She holds a special interest in the Residential real estate market in North Houston and surrounding areas. Katja is also fluent in German and Spanish, from her time spent living in Germany and Mexico, which has been a great tool in her career. She has lived in different countries and cities throughout her life and feels that it has made it easy to identify with clients from all different backgrounds. Katja learned to adapt and to listen to different personalities, which helped her to be open to understanding the different needs of real estate clients. She joined the Houston real estate market in 2014 because moving around had helped her understand how hard and emotional it is to list your home for sale and move to new places. She has a background in Engineering that has given her the skill to be very organized. Her clients love her calm personality and strong negotiation skills. Katja and her husband have three kids. After serving an 18-month-long mission their oldest is now studying at Brigham Young University. Their middle son is has worked as software developer and is serving a mission in the Washington DC area, and her youngest son is a senior in Tomball High School. Her husband has worked in construction as an inspector, warranty specialist, in the pool business, and as a home-builder. A lot of her free time is spent volunteering at her kid's school and church. Katja loves her Real Estate career because it gives her an opportunity to keep learning every day, and the chance to meet new people, as well as helping her clients to fulfill their dream and preparing for new opportunities and adventures. She is grateful to say that many times a friendship has developed with clients, and they have stayed closely connected after closing.
