Dave started investing in properties in 2006. Instead of selling his first home, he rented it to a friend who needed a place for his family to live. Then, guided by his local Realtor, he began looking for, analyzing, and buying properties -- rentals, flips, BRRRR, yield plays, if the numbers made sense, he pursued it. Today, he owns a number of rental properties and is always eager to share the value of owning such an asset.
