I am a fourth generation native Houstonian. After graduating from the University of Texas in Austin, I started my career as a marketing & communications project manager. I draw from this background in my dynamic approach to home sales which includes professional photography, video, detailed descriptions and print marketing.

I owned my first home at the age of 26, which my father and I built together. My pursuit of the masterpiece home has continued since with additional new construction and renovation projects. My passion is imagining what a piece of real estate can become. As a Realtor, I supply the guidance and resources my clients need to create their vision of HOME. Madiha Marfani is a native Houstonian, born and raised in Sugar Land, TX, attended Dulles High School, then went on to study nutrition at The University of Houston. Madiha held many leadership positions throughout High School and College, including Project Coordinator for an Interscholastic Tournament. Madiha and her husband have lived in Sugar Land, Katy, inside the loop and now Richmond, so she is very familiar with the Houston Metropolitan City! AJ Bez is a Realtor with Benevides and Associates serving Sugar Land and surrounding areas. AJ relocated to Texas from the North East eight years ago. She says she was tired of cold weather and shoveling snow.
AJ brings many years of luxury car sales and retail management experience to her Real Estate career at Benevides and Associates. A graduate of Arizona State University and University of Pittsburgh she has a degree in Communication as well as a Paralegal Studies Certificate. Both serve her well in Real Estate.
AJ holds the Realtor seat in Sugar Land Success chapter of Business Network International, is Vice President for the Fort Bend Kappa Kappa Gamma alumna association,and the pubicity chair for the Sustainers of the Fort Bend Jr Service League.
