Prior to pursuing his real estate license and joining Realm Real Estate Professionals, Eric spent over 15 years working as an Instrumentation & Electrical technician in the oil and gas industry, and as a professional network marketer. When he decided to transition from the behind-the-scenes aspect of home construction to the buying and selling side of real estate, he was already one step ahead of the game—well equipped with a level of first-hand knowledge and experience few Realtors have. A self-described people person with an entrepreneurial spirit, Eric found real estate to be the perfect juncture of his two strongest suits. He is motivated by being able to support and educate others, and by ensuring everyone he works with feels well represented and at ease through each stage of the home buying or selling process. He loves meeting new people, and believes there's something new to learn from each person he meets! "My happiness begins with the happiness of others," he says. Eden has more than 25 years of real estate experience in Houston. Eden's real estate practice began in 1995 when she and her partner started Buyer Agent's Realty - A brokerage service that represented Home Buyers exclusively. Eden joined Keller Williams Realty in 2010 and continued to honor the mission of always putting her Clients' interest first. After being an Exclusive Buyer's Agent for nearly 15 years, she started to successfully list and sell homes for Sellers. Her prior experience of exclusively representing Buyers provided her with a deep and comprehensive edge on how to prepare and market a home to sell quickly at a premium value. She has dedication, patience and commitment to her clients and guides them to make the best informed decision in their real estate transactions. Eden graduated from the University of Maryland with a degree in Journalism. She speaks English and Mandarin.
