As a native Houston, Texan my experience in real estate first began working with a custom home builder after earning my college degree and learning about what it took to build a home from the ground up. From looking for land in the right area, picking plans, to construction. End to end process from concept to completion. That valuable learning experience provided me with the knowledge and understanding to help all of my clients, friends and family realize their real estate dreams and goals. Over the years, that valuable experience has expanded to include commerical real estate, and investments. Julie, a determined and ambitious civil engineer from Turkey, arrived in the United States in 1999 with a single goal: to learn English and explore new opportunities. Her passion for houses and infrastructure led her to pursue a Master's degree in Management Information Systems at the University of St. Thomas. After becoming a mother, Julie temporarily paused her career to focus on raising her children. While exploring work-from-home options, she found a role as a Google evaluator. However, family dynamics shifted, leading her husband to suggest a new path: becoming a realtor. Enrolling in real estate school, Julie discovered her true calling, blending her civil engineering background with her love for homes. As a realtor, Julie connected with clients, built strong relationships, and earned a reputation for reliability and success. Her entrepreneurial spirit led her to establish her own real estate company, a testament to her resilience and pursuit of the American dream.
