Emily Kahanek Shaw has lived in the Round Top and La Grange area her entire life. She is a native of Fayette County; her family roots go back generations. After college Emily married her high school sweetheart, Casey and they have 4 children. As a team, Casey and Emily operate CE Cattle Co. and their investment properties. Emily's knowledge of this area, the land, the history and the people is vast. Her love of people and real estate blend seamlessly together as she works hard for her clients; going above and beyond to help them achieve their real estate goals. She truly loves helping others. Connie brings an extensive background in customer service to her real estate career. Focusing on the client's goals and creating a plan to achieve those goals has led to her success. Connie specializes in farm & ranch and residential helping both buyers and sellers.



Her personal experience with many moves growing up helps her understand the stress of buying and selling. Connie's last move was from Katy to Chappell Hill where she is experiencing the joys of remodeling. Connie and her husband completely restored a home in Brenham which was a great learning experience.



As a resident of Chappell Hill, Connie has embraced the country lifestyle. She is an active member of the Chappell Hill Historical Society, sits on the board of the Chappell Hill Chamber of Commerce and is involved in local politics. This has given her the opportunity to build strong relationships with the Chappell Hill and Washington County community. Understanding the community she serves, plays a critical role in finding the right area for her clients.



Connie and her husband, Todd, have been married for 35 years. They have one son who is a Houston Police officer and a graduate of Texas A & M. When time allows, Connie enjoys antiquing, gardening and travel.



Connie is a member of the Texas Association of Realtors (TAR), South Central Board of Realtors (SCBOR), and the Texas Land Brokers Network (TLBN). Connie holds the Seller Representation Specialist (SRS) designation and the Real Estate Negotiation Expert (RENE) designation.

Kyla Goebel grew up in Washington County and spent much of her childhood at her family's farm in Fayette County. She attended Texas A&M University after high school and graduated in 2013 with a Bachelor of Science in Agricultural Communications and Journalism. After purchasing her first home at the age of 22, she quickly became interested in the field of real estate and earned her license in 2016. She immediately fell in love with the profession and has been hard at work ever since! Kyla specializes in both residential and farm & ranch and will represent both buyers and sellers. Kyla is married to her husband Reese, and they have one son. In her free time, she enjoys cooking, running and spending time with her family. A perfect day starts with a hot cup of coffee (or three) and a sunrise, and ends with a beer and Bravo marathon on TV. She is a member of the Chamber of Commerce in Round Top, Carmine and Fayetteville, Texas Land Brokers Network, South Central Board of Realtors and recently joined the Texas Women's League of Fayette County. Kyla relies on her Christian faith and believes God has a plan for everyone – even when it comes to real estate!

A lifelong equestrian, Ashley is a lover of all things that come with life in the country! Since her move to Fayette County in 2002, she's accumulated 4 horses, 5 dogs and too many crossbred cows, chickens and Guinea to count! Her affectionate Jack Russell terriers bring her happiness, as do the opportunities she has to compete, in equestrian sports. Ashley understands the meaning of commitment and dedication, exemplified not only in the two riding styles she has mastered (both English and Western), but equally in the level of service she gives to each client. Ashley believes finding Round Top Real Estate was all part of God's plan which is why ethics and honesty are, in her words, "a necessary component of every day." I've had my Texas Real Estate license since the early 1980's, selling, listing and "flipping" residential properties in Houston, Tx. Fast forward over 40 years and now I have become a Top Producer selling Farm and Ranch properties as a Realtor with Round Top Real Estate, in Round Top, Texas. After we realized how peaceful the country life can be, we purchased acreage in Washington County, Texas between the small towns of Burton and Round Top. My husband of 41 years, Don Blome (who is also a licensed Tx Realtor) and our three adult children and 5 grandchildren enjoy sharing our stunning sunsets, the dark country skies, various wildlife, roaming the acreage in our CanAm and fishing in our pond. I specialize in 5 counties (Washington, Fayette, Austin, Colorado and Lee County). Each small town and community, are a great place to visit but even a better place to call home. There's no doubt Lisa Mayer is a Texan ¬– inside and out! Her welcoming personality and love of the land come from her Grimes County roots, while husband, Monty, a 5th generation Fayette County resident, is not only her partner in life but that additional resource that adds unique insight to the area.

Lisa began her real estate career as a Sales Associate in 1986, while earning a BBA in Marketing from Texas A&M, and later obtained her broker license in 1988. She has proudly served multiple positions at the South Central Board of Realtors including president from 2011-2013. For the 2017 year, she served as the Board's Secretary. Lisa is a 2011 graduate of the Texas Realtors Leadership Program and was named as the South Central Board of Realtors Realtor of the Year in both 2011 and 2017. Lisa joined Round Top Real Estate in January 1996, and has consistently been a top producer.

Lisa loves helping others and making a positive difference. She has held numerous offices with the Carmine Lions Club, as well as a director of the Round Top Carmine ISD Education Foundation, director of the Round Top Family Library, and member of the Texas Women's League. The importance of family, a strong work ethic and community involvement are traits she and her husband are proud to pass on to their children, Claire and Adam.
